You like to move it, move it?!? Join us for FJ Crew Camp this summer!

FJ Crew Camp is a week-long, half-day, super fun training camp for kids and teens (grades 3 and up) who are joining the FJ Crew for the 2010-2011 season. The FJ Crew is the amazing team of students who get their praise on and lead families by singing and dancing each Sunday morning at FamJamz. We learn music and moves, play games, make friends and have snacks, of course. This is the week we use as the FJ Crew “audition,” so it’s all fun and no nerves! Here are some details:

Date: August 2-6

Time: 9:00am-12:30pm daily

Cost: 2 days = $10 / 3 days = $15 / 4-5 days = $20 (Cost includes FJ Crew T-shirt for the season.)

Students also interested in singing, acting or production (sound, audio, lighting) will have the opportunity to interview and/or audition during this week. So if you’re going into 3rd grade or any grade higher, what are you waiting for?

We want to encourage you to take part of this unique opportunity to SERVE TOGETHER with your FAMILY on June 12^th. We’ve listed below the different opportunities and some details to help you decide which is appropriate for your family.

• Florida Baptists Children’s Home: Gardening & Refurbishing – Plan to do some outdoor work including refurbishing cottage furniture, gardening, and painting. Time: 9am-1pm. This project is best for families with young children. Click here to register and for more information.
• Habitat for Humanity: Building – Plan to do construction-related tasks on several homes being built in Liberty City. Please note that no one under 16 is permitted. Time: 8am – 3pm. This project is best for families with teens over the age of 16. Click here to register and for more information.
