LAW & DISORDER

march 7 - 28

Jesus “Outlaw” Christ. He was called a sabbath-breaker, a blasphemer, a deceiver & demon possessed. Wherever Jesus went, he kept having run-ins with the “law”.  The stories brought to light in John 7-12 bring this into clear focus. It’s as if John is inviting his readers into the courtroom to hear testimonial evidence from all kinds of observers - the Pharisees, the chief priests, the disciples, those healed by His touch & those who witnessed it all with their own eyes. Examine the evidence for yourself in this fascinating series, then answer this question:
What’s your verdict?

And the child grew and became strong; he was filled with wisdom,
and the grace of God was upon him. Luke 2:40

Parents,
Thank you so much for your interest in our weekday preschool program here at UBC, however, the Child Development Center will not be re-opening this fall. UBC has a unique and exciting opportunity we are pursuing with great anticipation. We are involved in negotiations with Somerset Academy, a charter school that wants to lease our building, providing our community with a school known for exemplary academic standards. We are requesting that they offer a program for three and four year olds, but unfortunately, the details and the completion of our negotiations are not finalized. To keep updated on what is going on here at UBC, check out our Family Ministry Blog or to ask questions, please email cdcubc@ubcmiami.org, and we will post your answer on our CDC Blog.

UBC is committed to joining with parents to shape the hearts of children in the formative years of their lives. We’d like you to know that we consider you a part of our extended UBC family, and you are always welcome and encouraged to join us in any of the great programs we offer for children and their families.
