To have a people of His very own who choose to love & know Him freely, to follow Him fully & to reign with Him forever. It’s “The BIG Story” that gives meaning to all others, & you’re in it!

» Discovery Land

Discovery Land is a fun, safe and age-appropriate environment for babies through pre-K. In Discovery Land, carefully-screened, loving, and well-trained leaders passionately share Jesus and build relationships with preschoolers and their families. In partnership with parents, we lay a spiritual foundation that each child can build on throughout their life.

From the earliest stages, we reinforce these core essentials:
God Made Me, Jesus Loves Me, & the Bible is True.

FUN is what we believe learning should be. Kids get involved in a wide range of exciting, creative, and age-appropriate activities; it is through these activites that preschoolers engage in the discovery of God’s love. We also believe preschoolers are wired to worship! Older preschoolers participate in a large group time that includes a Bible story and worship segment with music to encourage preschoolers to openly express their love for who God is and to praise Him for all He has created.

SAFETY is important to us. We also place a high priority on security, safety and cleanliness. Babies, preschoolers, and their parents are given matching I.D. tags. And our low child to adult ratio allows leaders to give each child plenty of individual attention. See our page on safety for more information.

EXPLORATION HOURS
Discovery Land classes are available Saturday at 6:00p & Sunday at 9:30a, 11:00a & 12:15p

PARKING
Parents with preschoolers are invited to park in our main parking lot.

GREAT EXPECTATIONS helps expectant moms and dads – whether through birth or adoption – meet their spiritual needs, and assists these new families in getting connected with UBC.

THE LIVING ROOM A transitional room (Room 112/114) where preschool families can enjoy the worship experience through a video feed and also learn more about Discovery Land Preschool Ministry.
