An Intensive is a focused time of training specific to a particular stage of life or issue you face. Below is the list of Intensives offered by the Care Ministry:

MARRIAGE PLUS Regardless of where you are in your faith or your marriage, our goal is to empower and encourage you. We have created environments for those considering marriage, for those who want to make a good marriage great, for those are looking for hope and direction, and for those who simply want to connect with other married couples.

PARENTING PLUS - ParentingPlus is a parenting Intensive. You will find useful information to help you better understand and enjoy your role as a parent.

MONEY PLUS is where you will learn what the Bible teaches about finances and how to combat cultural myths such as; Debt is expected and unavoidable, Things bring happiness and A little more money will solve all your problems. During the course, you will develop a Spending Plan for the coming year. You will learn about and choose between three different record-keeping systems to help you stick to your plan. Most importantly, you will discover how being financially faithful can help you to become financially free!

LIFE+ AD (AFTER DIVORCE)
Divorce is one the greatest challenges a person will ever face…yet it can also trigger tremendous growth! Life+ is offering an 8-week Intensive to help you realize that despite the challenging circumstances you face now, with God’s help and your effort, there are better days ahead.

When: (Sundays for 8 consecutive weeks, excluding holidays)

Where: UBC Miami - Care Ministry Bldg, 635 Anastasia Ave, Life+ Room (1st floor on the left)
Registration: Email us to register for the Spring session.
Cost: $25/person (cost of the materials) If you are unable purchase the books, please talk to the leader and we will figure out an arrangement to provide these for you.
Environments for Your Child: Since we are holding the Divorce Intensive during weekend worship, we hope that your children will attend our wonderful environments here at UBC.
